Leewoo Solution Co., Ltd. (hereinafter the "Company") complies with the Personal Information Protection Act ("PIPA") of the Republic of Korea and related regulations to protect the freedom and rights of data subjects, and processes personal information lawfully and manages it safely. In accordance with Article 30 of the PIPA, the Company hereby establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy to inform data subjects of the procedures and standards for the processing and protection of personal information, and to ensure that related grievances can be handled promptly and smoothly.
The Company does not operate any feature on its website (such as a contact form or bulletin board) that directly collects personal information from visitors. However, the Company uses "Google Analytics" to analyze website traffic, and in this process certain personal information (online identifiers) such as access information may be automatically collected through cookies. This Privacy Policy is established and disclosed to provide notice of that collection.

Purpose of Processing Personal Information
The Company processes personal information for the following purpose. The information will not be used for any purpose other than the one described below, and if the purpose of use changes, the Company will take necessary measures, such as obtaining separate consent, in accordance with Article 18 of the PIPA.
- Website visitor statistics analysis and service usage assessment: The Company processes personal information (such as access information) for the purpose of analyzing visit frequency and usage patterns to improve service quality.
Items of Personal Information Processed
The Company does not operate any feature that directly collects personal information input by users (such as a contact form or bulletin board), and therefore does not collect any personal information directly provided by users.
However, in the course of using Google Analytics, a website traffic analysis tool, the following information may be automatically generated and collected through cookies.

Period of Processing and Retention of Personal Information
The Company does not separately store or retain information collected through Google Analytics. Such information is transmitted to Google LLC's servers and processed in accordance with Google's own data retention policy. Procedures and Methods for Destruction of Personal Information
When personal information becomes unnecessary, such as upon the expiration of the retention period or the achievement of the processing purpose, the Company destroys the information without delay.
- Personal information stored in electronic file form is deleted using technical methods that render the records unrecoverable.
Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Company does not, in principle, provide personal information to external parties. However, as described in Section 7 below ("Installation, Operation, and Right to Refuse Automatic Personal Information Collection Devices"), access information may be automatically transmitted to Google Analytics (Google LLC) for statistical analysis purposes.
Measures to Ensure the Security of Personal Information
The Company takes the following measures to ensure the security of personal information.
- Administrative measures: Establishment and implementation of an internal management plan, minimization of personnel with access, and staff training
- Technical measures: Access control for website administrator accounts, and installation, operation, and regular updates of security/antivirus software
- Physical measures: Access control over materials and media related to website operation
Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects and Legal Representatives, and Methods of Exercising Such Rights
Data subjects may exercise the following personal-information-related rights against the Company at any time.
- Request to view the status of personal information processing
- Request for correction or deletion in the event of an error
- Request to suspend processing
The above rights may be exercised by written request, email, fax, or other means directed to the Company, and the Company will take action without delay.
Personal Information Protection Officer
The Company has designated a Personal Information Protection Officer who is responsible for overseeing the processing of personal information and handling data subjects' complaints and remedies related to personal information processing, as follows.
Data subjects may direct any inquiries, complaints, or requests for remedies related to personal information protection arising from the use of the Company's services (website) to the Personal Information Protection Officer above, and the Company will respond and take action without delay.

Amendments to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy is effective as of the effective date stated below. In the event of any addition, deletion, or amendment to its contents pursuant to applicable laws or Company policy, notice will be given through the "Notices" section of the website at least 7 days before the change takes effect.
