The Company processes personal information for the following purpose. When personal information becomes unnecessary, such as upon the expiration of the retention period or the achievement of the processing purpose, the Company destroys the information without delay.

The Company does not, in principle, provide personal information to external parties. However, as described in Section 7 below ("Installation, Operation, and Right to Refuse Automatic Personal Information Collection Devices"), access information may be automatically transmitted to Google Analytics (Google LLC) for statistical analysis purposes.
